This is a collaborative gathering focused on practical solutions and innovative designs in water, design and architecture in Tulum and the area, which can expand to the rest of the world.

The objectives of our launch event is introduce the theme of Water of the Future and to plant a seed of the intention of Design Week Tulum.

We believe by incorporating sustainable living principles and design thinking into the development of Tulum and the Quintana Roo area, we can create a harmonious balance between modernity and nature.

PRE LAUNCH EVENT

We are launching the theme and vision of Design Week Tulum during a 3-day sustainable design event from December 12 to 14, 2024.

Design Week Tulum will take place at a later date in 2025. Our goal is to plant the seed of Design Week Tulum together with guests from the area and Mexico.

The seed of a sustainable future in Tulum around the most important resource: water. Connecting the past, present and future.

Guests include interior designers, product designers, bioengineers, architects, artists, developers, business owners, Mayan elders, local projects and organizations from southern Mexico, and press.

Casa Ki (next to the Vesica cenote) is the center and main point of the event and will also host an exhibition with sustainable designers and biomaterials product designers.

It will be open to the public and with an admission (entrance 200 MXN).
